"I worked for Jersey Mike's for roughly 2 years. My experience was a mid-tier experience. It was not difficult to be promoted, just working hard got the experience necessary. The management that had run the store was extremely laid back and did not want to see growth in the business. I attempted to improve efficiency, especially cutting costs with employee shifts, product usage, and time wasted on the clock."
