"Provided more training for the employees. Had a mentoring program that was encompassing as to what to do and where items where located and and introduced around to people."

"Do your homework with the companies they refer you to, and ensure that your timeframes work for getting the jobs."

"The amount of opportunities they had were very limited. The frequency of the market made this difficult for the company, but I needed more help than they provided."

"Reach out more often to clients and to staff. I would like to see more opportunities come across their desks to help them expand their options."
