"After being given a set of problems being asked to provide solutions within a budgetary range, was told my solutions were inadequate. Unbenonced to me, the budget had been increased. Redrafted new set of solutions. Was told solutions did not meet the budgetary requirements. Once agian budget had been revised without my knowledge."
