What do you like about working at JC Penney?

"The employees, and customers. I so enjoyed teaching the other associates. To sell and still give excellent service to the customer."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"JCPenneys is a wonderful company to work for. I worked for them for 11 years. Prior to working there I had been in some type of Management for the last 20 years. This was just a hard store."

What don't you like about working at JC Penney?

"That this store's prior staff came with set in ways. They would complain if the company waited to try something new. This negative attitude would usually make my job so much harder."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Work together, communicate and above all present a united front."
