"If you want to live in a laid back environment this is the company for you, but there are only few IT companies around."

"Hard to get promotions, and raise, very little or no professional training"

"come prepared, on time and dressed sharp. Bring a positive attitude and understand you are getting an entry level position with the opportunity to promote. Drivers - apply we are hiring."

"Promotions often require moving the family which can be difficult."

"Work on work/life balance - we work long hours and this could be cut back with more efficiency."

"I've worked for JB Hunt for 2 years now. If you are a hard worker, don't mind long hours, weekends, and holidays, then you have an opportunity to thrive with this company. There are many chances to relocate and promote within the company, but you must be VERY flexible, and sacrifice much of your work/ life balance. This company is not for the family man, or person with many obligations outside of work so keep that in mind. And the salary you are paid will most likely not represent the amount of time you are putting in. Great company to get your foot in the door and gain experience in the industry."
