What do you like about working at JB Dollar Stretcher Magazine?

"I like the building and strengthening of a product. I like walking in and understanding the steps required for understanding of market share and formulating a plan for growth. I like investigating the finer details and streamlining them for success. I enjoy working with the sales force because they are the heart beat of any organization. I enjoy the people I work with and would miss them - they have become family. I would miss the owners as they too have become family in a short amount of time. But for myself, I need to move on and grow!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"JB Dollar is a great place for the right person. I can't put that much of myself into something that won't be supported and can't be sustained."

What don't you like about working at JB Dollar Stretcher Magazine?

"The company I work for is continuously making more and more difficult to hire and keep sales people. The commission structure is decreasing regularly, the resources in general are decreasing. However, the main reason and the reason they refuse at this point in time to acknowledge is the new products are late getting to the game and as a result lack market share. The products aren't supported by a marketing mix and are second rate in their respective environments."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fund innovation, reward your employees and support a healthy work life balance for personnel longevity, lower health costs and greater production..."
