"Get the buzzwords of the technologies they want from the recruiter, and do a little reading about them before you are interviewed. A little familiarity can go a long way."

What don't you like about working at Insight Global?

"I dislike the commute."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you don't have space to give people good offices, let more people work from home, instead of putting them in noisy open spaces where it is hard to concentrate."

What don't you like about working at Etactics?

"the job never evolved, and my role as programmer was lacking behind due to that."

"don't lie to the soon-to-be employers with details of the job they are interested in. It is their life and goals on the line and shouldn't be subjective to company dirty lies."

"SAIC was where I started my career as a java developer and got my foundation."

"Micro management, which I really hate. They make you work like crazy without even showing difference between a week day and weekend."

"I worked as a contractor at Global Crossing and hence I couldn't say much about the benefits package and all other perks. That was my first job and I feel that I had a very good break."

What do you like about working at Global Crossing?

"It was my first job at Global Crossing and hence I pretty much liked everything not knowing how is that different working for a different company. People are very kind to guide me in the right direction at work. I learned a lot from my colleagues."
