"Upper management never promoted from within and made what most of the company felt were a lot of poor decisions bringing moral down. The high turn over rate in the sales department was proof of this."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treating your employees like they're disposable creates low moral. Sleeping with your employee and showing favoritism to them in front of the entire staff does not help either"

"I enjoyed working with the sales reps and clients on projects. The job was very deadline-driven and fast-paced."

"There is high turnover in the sales department. There is not much encouragement to promote from within so if you start in a certain position, you will most likely not have much room for growth."

"Unfortunately this is a privately owned company which is largely retail-based so when sales are down, layoffs occur."
