"It's a job! I like cleaning but need to work for a good company."
"The different people in the work place. Keeping the building clean. I love it."
"You know it's a dirty job but someone's got to do it, it pays the bills and better than nothing. Not really for everybody, I mean you do have to clean up after grown people who make messes for no reason."
"Being a Janitor, I have very flexible hours, which works excellent as a full time student. I love being able to make the kids at school happy by removing balls off the roofs of buildings, keeping the school clean, and fixing any problems. I dislike only having a small amount of time to get most of the daily work done, and having little time for repairs in classrooms before students show up."
"I find it interesting. I like interacting with other people and I enjoy making sure as much of the store stays as clean as possible."
"I liked the work atmosphere, It was laid back and always something to do. The downside was always being outside, and work was repetitive. Overall not a bad place!"
What do you like about working at Youth Radio?
"I love the Training, Media lideracy skills, and self developmental skills I've learned at Youth Radio. Like Journalism, and Radio Hosting."
What don't you like about working at Youth Radio?
"I love Youth Radio, but the hours & the pay should be more, but its a training facility."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Managment at Youth Radio is alway inivative and up to date. we recently started a new training program that is certifict base for young aduts to gain skills & qualfications that employers look for."

What do you like about working at Arnold's Family Fun Center?
"I like that they don't over micro manage. Sometimes micro managing is needed but they allow you to do your job as long as you prove you can do it correctly and to the standard."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be yourself and don't lie. They will expect you to do the job right out of the gate so there is no time to learn something you do not already know. If you don't know something be honest and tell them."
What don't you like about working at Arnold's Family Fun Center?
"I wish I had better equipment to work with. Sometimes I do not have the correct equipment to do the job and have to improvise with what I do have. I also with I could work different hours, but that is on me and I knew the hours when I started."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Sometimes small investments can pay off big. There is a lot of wasted materials that can be reused if you put a little money into getting the right equipment to maintain them."
