"This company has a reputation for high turnover. I was here for less than 6 weeks. No indication that my job was in jeopardy until after 3 weeks the boss quit talking to me. Morale was low due to the brutal way people are fired, and the benefits were not always being paid. I was let go after training a crew. There was no indication that this was going to be the duration of my employment. Quite the opposite, I was told that there were no layoffs unless there was overtly wet weather."
