James River Petroleum Employee

"Poor company to work for due to the outrageous turnover rate. People constantly fear for their job knowing just one dissenting opinion could see them terminated. In a brief 6 weeks there, 8 people were either canned or forced to quit. The lack of job security leads to dissension among the departments. When fuel deliveries went awry, and they would on a daily basis, departments would only point their fingers at each other."
