"I worked at JAM Const. for almost three years. The company had experienced several years of losses due to poor organizational structure, inadequate strategy, quality of staff, inadequate accounting software and procedures and morale, to name but a few. I joined the company to spearhead many changes that needed to be implemented to insure survival. After these and other changes were made the company had a profit within a year and a half. I was rewarded by being laid off. My job was complete."
