"Everything else about the company blows. If you want to be happy in your job don't go to Jakks."

"Workers are overburdened with too many projects, a lot of ridiculous overtime, and low pay."

"Middle management is needed for some teams. Team bonding activities would be great."

"It's what I love to do. The people and the company are great. Even though I'm only an intern I'm able to work on licenses that are worth hundreds of millions to the company. I'm able to give my input on design and have free reign to design and create."

"Have a strong portfolio. They are really good there. It's a great work environment."

"It's only temporary. I wish it was a permanent job."

"Nothing. Except I wish they had more positions available for me to move up in the company."
