"I do not recommend anyone to this company, if their seems to be no alternative then I suggest you continue to search for a more stable source of employment and take that opportunity when it arises."

"Jacobs is a very unhealthy environment, they allow the client to disrespect the Jacobs employees in order to protect upper management's positions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To set healthy, professional boundaries - it would promote a more healthy and productive work environment that would allow the Jacob's staff to perform at a much higher level which, in the end, would improve the quality of work which they (Jacobs) could provide to the client. By improving the bottom line Jacobs would ensure a better likelyhood of continuing their contracts."

"Business development was not adequate. Quality of work was not high at the company."

"The senior management don't understand the theme process or retail identity through the relationship of architectural to interior to graphic design. Understanding streetscapes and signage to allure the customer."
