"Jacobs is a very unhealthy environment, they allow the client to disrespect the Jacobs employees in order to protect upper management's positions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To set healthy, professional boundaries - it would promote a more healthy and productive work environment that would allow the Jacob's staff to perform at a much higher level which, in the end, would improve the quality of work which they (Jacobs) could provide to the client. By improving the bottom line Jacobs would ensure a better likelyhood of continuing their contracts."
