"I worked for Jacobs engineering for 2 years, in which time I worked with a variety of people and completed a variety of tasks. The individuals I worked alongside were very helpful and knowledgeable. As a younger individual working for the company it became very obvious that moving up in the ranks was practically impossible, which is frustrating."

"I found my local office to be very strong. Good leadership and helpful back office staff. My problem with Jacobs is the lack of understanding from the higher level executives. They would show up and demanding meetings, ask questions about PTO or other benefits that weren't really important to that days tasks. And then someone actually had something to say about PTO or benefits or anything, the Jacobs executives laughed the responses off saying they were impractical."

"I have worked for Jacobs Technologies for 7 years and find them to be a sound company to work for.My work environment is rather rustic considering our location and the nature of the work. We test rocket motors which requires a remote location in the desert near Las Cruces, New Mexico. Our office decor is dated and the building is old, but I find that a small thing. Jacobs' management here is considerate and experienced and we are treated well."
