"I found my local office to be very strong. Good leadership and helpful back office staff. My problem with Jacobs is the lack of understanding from the higher level executives. They would show up and demanding meetings, ask questions about PTO or other benefits that weren't really important to that days tasks. And then someone actually had something to say about PTO or benefits or anything, the Jacobs executives laughed the responses off saying they were impractical."
