"I've only been working with Jacobs for a little less than a year, but a lot has happened in this short amount of time. The ability to move up within the company is small. Since, we are a consolidated desk, we answer to our sister site in Tampa. We lack permissions to do simple admin tasks on the other networks. Stress levels and hostility rise daily due to the standards, set in place by Tampa, being unproductive."

"Clicks, unprofessional behavior from management, obvious favoritism, lack of teamwork"

"Make new people feel part of the company. Too much clicks and clans."

"Work on recognizing employee accomplishments. Not use employee benefits to make political points"

"The aerospace market is fascinating. Projects are mostly with NASA, DoD, any branch of the military."

"Conservative management likes clean cut, dress is suit and tie for managers, ties for engineers."

"Old school approach. Wait for customers to call us. Marketing is approached like a project. Long commute."

"Stop waiting for customers to call. Look into other markets. Attend more trade shows."
