"Few employees are recognized for their efforts, unless it is to make a point that they do recognize people. Having a management team that has no iea what you actually do, is often challenging."

"Work on recognizing employee accomplishments. Not use employee benefits to make political points"

"I liked working on-site for NASA and wished I was a civil servant with a NASA badge so I was not attached to Jacobs. Jacobs was a forced move from Lockheed Martin. I did not get to stay in my job due to a budget cut and Jacobs chose not to keep me."

"Lose some of the recruiters and find some really innovative ones."
What don't you like about working at Jacobs Technology?
"Jacobs plays favorites and hurts alot of very good qualified people some of it they could do something about, and some of it they can't."
