"This company is only a small fraction of the size that it was once. I did not see any new work at this company."

"The company failed to win any new contracts and is only a fraction of the size it was once."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Win new contracts by reducing your over head since the number of engineers are less and the management structure is the same"

"The management was excellent. I was treated like an equal by some of the best engineers I have ever met."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Experience counts at J&T. You will get a chance to show that you have experience, but you're being evaluated by people who've been in the NASA environment for 30 years or more."

What don't you like about working at Jackson and Tull?

"The project was canceled by the prime contractor. It was clear from the start that the shuttle follow-on mission being canceled, but parts of the project carried on."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be flexible. NASA is evolving away from its original mission."
