"The management was excellent. I was treated like an equal by some of the best engineers I have ever met."

"Experience counts at J&T. You will get a chance to show that you have experience, but you're being evaluated by people who've been in the NASA environment for 30 years or more."

What don't you like about working at Jackson and Tull?

"The project was canceled by the prime contractor. It was clear from the start that the shuttle follow-on mission being canceled, but parts of the project carried on."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be flexible. NASA is evolving away from its original mission."
