"Symitar has the potential to be an AWESOME company to work for. There are a lot of AWESOME people within the organization and our parent company, Jack Henry & Associates, is growing, so career opportunities are abundant within the entire organization, not just Symitar."

What don't you like about working at Jack Henry & Associates?

"Training sucks, because there are no How To procedures anywhere. Most jobs are learned by trial and error."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hmmm...stop the lip service. Get out and actually get to know the people that are doing the work. Too many closed doors."

"I liked working for Jack Henry, but they were going through some growing pains from being bought out 5 years back. I actually worked for Symitar a Jack Henry company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Seeing that Symitar was bought out by Jack Henry and making changes to convert Symitar over to the Jack Henry life style, I think they were handling the cross over well."
