"This is a diverse, fast- paced and upbeat company. Very positive work culture. That being said, it is also a real challenge to work there in that much of their work procedures and process orders are incorrect or incomplete and a good portion of the knowledge base would be classified as tribal knowledge. Nobody can tell you how they know to do a job or function nor point to a supporting document. If you've been there long enough you "just know"."
