"Jabil is CM with well versed QMS systems. Working there is fast paced."
"Jabil was a good place at one time."
"Over the years I've seen a large turnover rate. The company is solid, but they put profit before people."
"I've worked for Jabil for almost 2 months. A lot of the coworkers are nice, and the supervisor is nice and easy to work with. I love that the products we manufacture are being used everyday to help people who have been in serious accidents get back to a normal life of living."
"A large company that has some foundational pieces that need to be tweaked, and they're working on it. Great growth potential and very strong company in their space. There needs to be some more flexibility in WFH policies to help attract and RETAIN the employees."
"Good place to learn and work"
"I worked for Jabil over three years. At first it seemed like a great company. As timed moved on I came to realize it is a very Relationship based company that if you don't have a corporate "connection" you stay put in one position. The leadership is lacking the ability to listen to employee concerns and treat lower positioned employees like garbage, i.e., mandatory overtime on a daily basis, unequal work outlines and expectations between office and floor workers. People who work in HR and others who say they are mentors will not do what they say even with your words of major concern. They recently had a layoff of 400 and word is another is coming in March. That being said, those layoffs did not seem to affect the corporate gang which rules looking down the tip of their nose at the employees. It does have some very good things involved, but the negatives supersede the positives."
"Too much bureaucracy and no one voice, too many factions competing for the same dollars and resources."
"I've worked at Jabil for many years and sadly it's not the same company I started with when I began. There was a time when hard work and achievements meant everything towards a promotion. This is not the case today, as many inexperienced employees have been promoted based on their looks and what they can supply to senior management out of the office. This is probably due to the improprieties of the executives who are trying desperately to right so many wrongs currently and in the past. Manufacturing is highly competitive and Jabil now longer has the solutions or in house experience to compete with Flextronics, Plexus or FoxConn."
"Not impressive. Lacking organization and upper level decision making ability for the good of the Company and Employees. Good Ole Boy mentality. High bonuses and pay for those "in the circle of trust"."
"Pros: Company has great values and does a lot for their employees. You feel acknowledged and recognized by senior management, regardless of your position in the company. Very relaxed work environment. Cons: When it comes to the work you're doing, depending on position of course, it can feel very compartmentalized. You feel more like a cog in the machine than actually being involved in the entire process."
"I have been working for Jabil from past 6 months, I find the work environment at Jabil Ciruit to be very independent. They have a very good internship program. I was working in scaled down version of regional data center IT Center of Excellence (IT COE) I felt that all the operations in IT COE were well executed. Team members and manager are project oriented and encourage a balanced work life culture."
"Large company with lots of opportunity to advance."
"I've worked at Jabil for a few years now and it's a well-rounded company."
