"During the hiring process, they promised me a competitive salary package with excellent benefits, incentives and vacation leave. However, after three months of working, they have unreasonably changed my contract to lower compensation with no benefits at all. When I tried to complain about it with the HR department, they don't listen and instead threatened me of firing if I don't sign the new contract. Very disrespectful and unprofessional."
