"Look to market place for new areas of service. Know what your areas of expetise are. Be sure you are doing what you are best suited to do, and be willing to work hard to help company stay profitable."

What don't you like about working at J. Alden?

"Managing realistic expectations for clients, while meeting their needs. With the current economic climate, clients expect a lot for their money. It has become difficult to continue a high service level and still make a profit."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Identify and focus on nitch markets that are more profitable. Don't try to be everything to everone. Find what you do extreamly well and do a lot of it."
