"It is a fair organization with very collaborative people. The management is one of the best I have seen and I have seen many. Team work is encouraged and most people have say in the day to day operations. Everyone contributes and the peer interaction is professional. I really enjoy the interaction with the students and they get a superior learning experience from this organization. I recommend them for both employment and as a premier educational experience. I welcome the day to day challenges and the growth I see in the students."

What do you like about working at ITT Tech?

"I enjoyed it very much, I like the educational envirorment."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared to be faciliator and not an instructor. Have a working knowledge of the iPad."

What don't you like about working at ITT Tech?

"Putting money as the most important element over the education of the students."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Increase the standards for admission to ITT, in order to get people who want to learn and strave to better themselves through hard work and effort. And not excpect things to be handed to them."
