"I joined iTrade in 2017 at the beginning of a large turnaround. Management pivots very quickly in a fast-paced environment. Flat org structure with all decisions and programs driven by the CEO. It is an amazing work environment with a solid work-life balance. The CEO is temperamental though and changes her mind very frequently."
