It is an amazing work environment with a solid work-life balance. The CEO is temperamental though and changes her mind very frequently."

"I worked for iTrade for a little over two years. The best part of the company is the executive leadership. Almost all of them are direct and clear, smart, and trustworthy. The company is small and encourages cross-functional learning so if you are the type of employee who enjoys a challenge and can self-direct, the sky is pretty much the limit. If you do a good job you will be noticed and likely moved - so you need to be comfortable with change."
