"Negotiate a severance in advance, they give 2 weeks regardless of years worked. Consulting side of the business is favored by CEO."

"CEO created a walk on eggshells atmosphere with heavy micro-management."

"Update the website and stop the revolving door of the Marketing department over the last 7 years."

"I started work with Android development in 2010. Back then it was not many frameworks, so we kinda needed to do things on our own. Google Maps routes, streaming video, and audio. Then fragments, navigation drawer, local broadcast manager. And now after 10 years, I work basically with: Kotlin, MVVM Clean Architecture, Koin, Unit testing, Retrofit, Rx and Coroutines"
"In my two years with Iteris I have manage to grow the customer base extensively. One of the main reason is Iteris commitment to service and always striving to make the traffic detection and SaaS products better. Iteris is changing from the typical traffic sector company to a more of a tech company. Whether that is good or bad is yet to be seen."
