"Negotiate a severance in advance, they give 2 weeks regardless of years worked. Consulting side of the business is favored by CEO."

"CEO created a walk on eggshells atmosphere with heavy micro-management."

"Update the website and stop the revolving door of the Marketing department over the last 7 years."
