"Hopefully it has improved since I left. Make sure you are very comfortable with the techniques and styles of the group you're working with, because you probably won't be able to change it. If you are comfortable with Google-style software, ITA may fit. If you are more like IBM, SAP, or Oracle, the looseness may drive you crazy."

"Stop misusing young MIT-caliber minds by letting them do such horribly sloppy work with so little direction or oversight.Come clean with your customers.Think outside Kendall Square."
