"What I love about being an IT Supervisor and trainer is the people you teach and service. That is the core of any training and customer service. Learning to apply new ideas, troubleshooting and resolving issues that others may not have the skills and the know how to fix complex issues. I do not like not knowing about issues that go untouched and no one fixes the issues right then. Not having the proper equipment or tools to resolve issues."
"I enjoy the ability to teach people who are uncertain they can learn new computer based skills. Having watched them from our first session to our final session I am very pleased with the satisfaction they have gained from learning a new skill. The downside to the job is sometimes work can be scarce and waiting until the next client is hired prevents me from working full time."
