"OceanAir was put in a tough position post 9/11. As a freight forwarded, it was hard to turn a profit at that time."

"Lack of technical commitment. The Company did not allocate much of its incoming cashflow to the maintenance and development of its existing IT infrastructure."

"Rate of pay increase was appalling, as was their inability to maintain a contract with any given area for longer than six months."
