"I love the freedom I am given to complete any task at hand, and the heavy use of my Jack of All Trades mentality."

"Be prepared for a rapid expansion company that will stretch you to well beyond your limits."
What don't you like about working at PetroSkills?
"I did not like the lack of support I received from my direct manager, I have been put in situations where I have had to rig a solution together quickly in order to re-establish productivity."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Word's only go so far. You can say you appreciate my work, but if I am not properly backed up to get my work done, whether it be supplies, software, what have you. How much less is that quality of work you currently appreciate Actions have always spoke louder than words."

"There is nothing about the company that I do not like."

"I think they can hire more guys for Information technology"

"The work flow is not as fast-paced, so there are a lot of opportunities to learn new things."

"If you like heavy work pressure, here's one. People here have a different view of the initiative itself, so first think, howsoever question then waits for a signal of approval."

"The polluted ambient and some inadequate pressure from unions, that help stopping company functionality."

"Leave behind the vision of service to themselves, the rest continue doing good work."

"I really like working with a company that is looking to grow the VOIP industry. Working with new customers is a treat to provide them training over the phone with a smile is a pleasure."

"Keep all answers positive and to the point, make sure you show off your skills and what you can do."
What don't you like about working at LANtelligence?
"Inconsistency and lack of customer service skills with some of the IT professionals. Asking questions is like death."

"To make sure we have all the tools and training to complete our jobs. To treat us like individuals that are self directed and motivated to get the job done without hovering."

"It is for the defense and aerospace so, there is a wealth of knowledge and scenarios here."

"The Arkansas office is not really one I would suggest but the other offices are great!"

"The people under the VP in this division (arkansas) are very corrupt. They have spilled the vision over into the dirt."

"Hire real managers that are not afraid to get rid of people who do not deserve the position they are in and quit chasing women that you work with!!!!"

"Management, people, job and being treated like a person."

"Would do so in a minute. Loved the people, really appreciated and miss them."

"Leaving, thinking the grass is greener on the other side. Big mistake on my part."
