"I did not like the lack of support I received from my direct manager, I have been put in situations where I have had to rig a solution together quickly in order to re-establish productivity."

"Word's only go so far. You can say you appreciate my work, but if I am not properly backed up to get my work done, whether it be supplies, software, what have you. How much less is that quality of work you currently appreciate Actions have always spoke louder than words."
