What do you like about working at Oasis Systems?
"I like the people or same peer level, it seemed that we were all in the same boat. For a small Company it appeared to have good benefits, 401k matching, holidays and vacation time, etc... and as a small company with a look to grow in the future, it was headed in the right direction."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"A tip for others, when interviewing with this company, make sure the position is defined. You as the candidate must be sure that every detail of the job is exposed to you, no surprises. Make sure you understand the position. Get a good understanding of the company's background, what their strengths are and were are their weak spots and make sure that management supports you when hired and the terms agreed ."
What don't you like about working at Oasis Systems?
"What I disliked about Oasis systems is the hiring process, it appears that they address the need for people to fill position with closely matching the candidate with his/her experiences and background to the job position. It appeared that if you could spell the title of the position and that the candidate can address a few technical questions the job was yours.Training was a major concern. Turn around time to address projects were never on time due to approval from management. It appeared that management did no pay much attention to the workers, attention was only for the customer."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Suggestions that I have for management, is hire the right person for the position, not just fill the position with any one only to hold the position. Training should be assessable and supported by management, they appear to be supportive, however, never follow through to aid of the employee."
