"I love helping people solve business solutions with IT answers. IT at times can be a mystery to many companies. I really pride myself and enjoy showing my ability to bring the realities of IT to everyone, even our least tech savvy internal customers. Sometimes IT can solve problems and sometimes we need to think outside our areas of expertise. That is what any Operations Manager should do. Being an IT operations Manager just means IT is my specialized area to advise and project ideas from."

"I liked the people, the focus and the team, and the purpose of our role to our customer."

"Be yourself, answer questions clearly, and emphasize how you handle conflict and what you bring personally to the table."

"Growth was limited, meetings seemed unproductive, and I felt we could have performed better for our customer."

"Training is great, but should be practiced and implemented better. Don't just listen to staff, but actually implement good ideas and suggestions."

"Moved from a customer centric company to an executive centric company. The executive team has nothing but disdain for the employees."

"Replace the CEO, VP of Sales and HR director. Start hiring people of character again."

"Think they have to focus on the goals, the people in Lowes Mexico are great workers, even management don't acknowledge it."

"The professional development was too slow. No training plans for IT."

"Develop training plans and carrer paths for IT. Need to improve the management team in order to focus on the work."

"My co-workers. They were experienced in the field they work in."

"The company expanded too quickly therefor they did not testing and many of the departments lacked proper support."

"The IT department was poorly organized and they never followed their own SLAs."

"Test the new applications on a non production network before putting it into production."

"Stay away, the credit union will close or be merged in the next fe years."

"The senior management are not working very hard to save the credit union from closing"

"Get rid of all senior management and board members and bring in the NCUA."
