"The narrow vision that my boss had and his inability to let any one else create anything with out his dominance."

"Allow others to create with just guidance and not stifle with a heavy handed control."
What do you like about working at Sunham Home Fashions?
"They had me working with a person that was investigated numerous time by the FBI for things that I did not want to be involved with."
What do you like about working at IBM?
"Good company I have worked for but the change is a must in every level."

"They have positive motto and ethics declared. They have name and history. But they are still monarchy."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It's good to be king, but monarchical control and structures should go into the past."
What do you like about working at ColorGraphics?
"I like the friendly self thinking environment. Second I lke the people I get to work with everyday. I enjoy how we work togeather with postive thinking."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be postive and up beat in your interview. Tell them about how you are a team member, and how you want to be apart of their success."
What don't you like about working at ColorGraphics?
"Most of all the drive to and from the facility. The second reason which has really nothing to do with the company; the indusry of printing is shirking at record numbers. I personal have been part of closing two of the biggest printing companies in Los Angeles. Anderson Litho and George Rice and Sons. T"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Push towards combining print with new technologies such as social networking. The Point of Sale ads are finished!"

"I like the very hardworking, qualified and competent team. There is a lot of authority to make change, and scope to grow and make a difference."

"The management structure did not really follow the rule the right person for the right job"

"ActionEmco was a small company with two locations, the company went out of business 2 years ago."

"Upper management says one thing about how they care about employees, but never witnessed it."

"Trying to hold on to the past, instead of leading the future, and only succeeding in being left behind. ."
What do you like about working at Manheim?
"Always changing environment. The pay is good if you know what you are doing and most of the people are fun to work with."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you are into Technology, look elsewhere. This company doesn't hold technology in high regard."
What don't you like about working at Manheim?
"No real desire to innovate in terms of technology. The company feels like it is stuck trying to hold on to the old way of doing things. There is a real disconnect between the corporate office and the locations on the field."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Put more into Technology, embrace social media, and the growing mobile platform, and really start leveraging the power of the internet to improve the business. Improve time to market, and start thinking outside of the box in terms of more opportunities to grow the business."

"There is no dependability, I never know what I will be doing until that moment."

"I was about to split my time between Department Management, Project Management and hands-on activities."
What don't you like about working at Hilton Worldwide?
"Sometimes, I felt I could have done more, if not for Hilton's slow standard implementations."
