What do you like about working at Cornerstone Controls?

"I liked the fact that the IT department was relatively small and we were all able to help and troubleshoot the network if a server went down. It was a big team effort and also a learning experience myself with hands on IT and helpdesk experience."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just be yourself and try your hardest at any technical questions that they might ask you. The IT Dept likes someone with strong communication skills and someone that everyone likes to be around."

What don't you like about working at Cornerstone Controls?

"The culture of the company was a little older. Not a great place for young people."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest to start hire more younger people to help compensate for those that might be retiring in the near future."
