"Contract work, no sick days, no benefits, and hired Merck staff was abusive to contractors."

"Accept a job at Accenture only if you have no other job prospects. If you do work there, make sure you know EXACTLY what is expected of you on a project, and have this written down and accepted by your supervisor before you begin work on the project."

"The constant travel, project supervisors."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You promote people too quickly. Your supervisors are incompetent, and they blame their resources when projects don't go well. If you already haven't done so, you must give employees the opportunity to rate their supervisors."

"I was 100% billable and 100% travel, I was a road runner. IBM management did not let me have the time to continue my certification."
