What do you like about working at CGI?
"The work schedule was very flexible. We were allowed to work around our personal life so long as one didn't adversely affect the other. Also, they have a very competitive compensation package."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure that you're comfortable with the following things: ambiguity, learning on your own, extensive travel and one's communications should be above average at the very least."
What don't you like about working at CGI?
"There are few bad things I can say about CGI. My only regret is not being able to stay."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management, as far as I have seen did a wonderful job of both keeping me informed and ensuring quality control."

"The experience I am gaining is amazing and the trust they put in you even at such a low level is great."

"The compensation is awful. They have benefits but they put in very little for the benefits. They don't start matching 401k payments at a decent rate till 3 years in."
