What do you like about working at iStream Health?
"I was not micro managed. Goals were set weekly and I reached them. Wasn't super high in stress other than competing to reach your goal. I liked it. However I did get bored and didn't feel challenged enough for me to stay interested and stimulated."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be ready for this to only be a salaried job. NO matter how much work you do or numbers you reached don't push yourself cause they won't honor anything when you reach and surpass goals."
What don't you like about working at iStream Health?
"They never followed through with providing us commissions. I was supposed to receive commissions on sales I was never given any in two years I worked for them. They continually would try to keep us motivated but would promise things they never would follow through with. Very demotivating atmosphere!!!!!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not promise things that never came to pass. Keep team motivated by following through with promises. Always keep the team motivated by doing things to motivate them."
