What do you like about working at IST Management?

"Executive leadership are constantly involved in your life and they really want to make sure your needs are met as an employee. They know you on a professional level and on a personal level. My CEO and CTO come to visit often and take the company out to enjoy lunch and discuss the companies upcoming business matters. They keep us informed and they allow us to suggest new innovative techniques that can improve the company."

What don't you like about working at IST Management?

"It is a contract job, the security of employment is based upon government decisions. This makes it difficult when Fiscal Year changes are made in relation to renewing contracts."
