What do you like about working at ISP Alliance?
"It was a Pre-IPO, high-tech environment, very creative, high energy and fast paced. I enjoyed it very much, and I recruited some of the best talent for sales, finance, and IT. Small but very diverse, and a high level of intelligence."
What don't you like about working at ISP Alliance?
"The company derailed when they did questionable things regarding the employees' pay, and they thought they flew under the radar in comparison to larger, publicly traded companies. The arrogance and invisible posturing took a toll on the company and caused an exodus. They implemented an bonus-based agreement that required employees to stay if they received the bonus. I challenged this practice."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Regarding day-to-day HR practices, I was able to influenced management but was unsuccessful in governing the organization regarding certain ethics and integrity."
