"I do not see myself working in the restaurant business for many years down the road. It is not a company that I see myself wanting to maintain a future with to have a long lasting career."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Each manager should have a mutual understanding of how the business should be portrayed not their own individual belief of how they want things to be done."
