"Isabelle's Cabinet a female run small business that sells current fashion trends. It is a one woman show, the owner does it all. The managers are very kind but struggle to run the stores, due to the owner being spread thin. Working for the company in back of house was challenging, there is little sense of direction when resolving customer complaints and little to no understanding when trying to convey customer issues to the owner. Lack of communication and direction for employees is the main reason Isabelle's Cabinet has a high turn over rate. I stayed at this job for a short period of time mainly due to lack of professionalism."
