What do you like about working at Ironman?

"I loved working for this company. I enjoyed the management roles that I had, and was on a 50/50 profit split with the company. My objective was to beat the competition."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Well the owner got run over in front of our building, so it was sold to a group of lawyers who haven't a clue as to how to manage to company and the sales process."

What don't you like about working at Ironman?

"We were a little short of cash, and I would reach into my pocket to keep the flow going."

"Be a little more considerate of the workers and training in essential."
