"I worked at IPsoft for 3+ years, great company to start your career at if you are a self starter and quick learner. It starts slow and then after 3 months in you will literally be thrown into the deep end of the pool and there will be a lot of people watching if you will swim out. There is no hand holding nor classes at IPsoft, you learn on the job. It is stressful at times but it is rewarding if you do good. There is an issue with compensation and reviews based on your Manager."

"I loved working with the engineers at IPSoft. Honestly, I still talk to colleagues at my current place of employment about the quality of engineers and overall teamwork I experienced there. The only work place that IPSoft reminded me of was the Marine Corps. My issue was compensation; although there was room to move up, I chose to move out. "Your perception of the workplace depends heavily on your role within the company. Working in Operations can feel very depleting, bordering on oppressive. There's a very good spirit among members of the team, but lower management is put under a lot of pressure to demand results, and I've seen hostile behavior bordering on unprofessional. Other departments are much better, but there could stand to be better inter-departmental communication. Salary can leave much to be desired."

"Listen to your employees more, they want to help you."

"Emphasize much less of a 'just get it done' atmosphere and give people the accommodations they need to succeed."

What do you like about working at IPsoft?

"I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning. I felt the leadership team was great as well. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections. I also enjoyed that fact that the office tried to do community outreach with local organizations."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I recommend and appreciate the people who are interviewing with this company, But I am not interested to give tips to them. It depends on their own talent."

What don't you like about working at IPsoft?

"One of the reasons I am leaving is that I felt I was not challenged enough at the job. As a fresh face in the working world, the company offers a great opportunity for a good entry level position; however, after being there for 2 years, I felt I was not able to reach my full potential because of the lack of challenge and there was no room for advancement in the company. While I did enjoy working there and appreciate the skills I developed while with the company, I feel my skill set can be better utilized elsewhere, where my capabilities are more recognized and there is the opportunity for growth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more involved. Teach the associates that if a customer walks and looks like that he/she can not afford the pricing at Nordstrom, let them know that one particular customer could be the one who could make the quota of the day. It is all about perception, and unfortunately salespeople ignore customers whom t hey believe in their minds may not have the money to spend and that is why some really wealthy customers just walk out after being ignored. As they say never judge the book by its cover."

What do you like about working at IPsoft?

"technical challenges . Got to work on many high end stuffs."

What don't you like about working at IPsoft?

"infrastructure was poor. No employee friendly benefits.. Lack of facilities."

"improve infrastructure. Make the work place better to work with ease."
