"I worked at IPsoft for 3+ years, great company to start your career at if you are a self starter and quick learner. It starts slow and then after 3 months in you will literally be thrown into the deep end of the pool and there will be a lot of people watching if you will swim out. There is no hand holding nor classes at IPsoft, you learn on the job. It is stressful at times but it is rewarding if you do good. There is an issue with compensation and reviews based on your Manager."

"I loved working with the engineers at IPSoft. Honestly, I still talk to colleagues at my current place of employment about the quality of engineers and overall teamwork I experienced there. The only work place that IPSoft reminded me of was the Marine Corps. My issue was compensation; although there was room to move up, I chose to move out. I do not regret my decision but, I do miss the people at the company because they are still my friends."

"Your perception of the workplace depends heavily on your role within the company. Working in Operations can feel very depleting, bordering on oppressive. There's a very good spirit among members of the team, but lower management is put under a lot of pressure to demand results, and I've seen hostile behavior bordering on unprofessional. Other departments are much better, but there could stand to be better inter-departmental communication. Salary can leave much to be desired."
