What do you like about working at iPost?

"interesting, if outdated technology. Bottled coca-cola in the fridge. work from home options. fair benefit package."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would avoid this company. It's financial health is questionable and it's infrastructure is hopelessly outdated. When compared directly with their competitors, only very specialized clientele choose iPost, making operations a significant chore."

What don't you like about working at iPost?

"iPost once was an amazing start up but it has outlived its own usefulness as others have taken risks and modernized or expanded while it neglected its own infrastructure. The founding executives are still with the company, which has created a tiered culture split between insulated stakeholders and the 'new hires', some of whom have been with the company for many years. This is not a company for someone interested in growth or a progressive, open culture."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Founders should move on, stay on the board, but make way for new blood. The internal culture is stagnant and the company suffers."
